LOL, you guys sure are a very unforgiving crowd. I was in a hurry to type and mistyped. Fixed.

And also, I seriously doubt that the graphs are created in MS Paint, lol.

I do believe it was designed by Al Gore.

Is the program illustrator?
 
It's a graphing system built in to our web-based authoring software, so we're not using any specific external program. I believe that it was entirely custom-done, but don't hold me to that. Anand would know the whole answer.
