I was looking at the Monoprice 6251 or the Wacom Intuos Pen Small Tablet (CTL480)

The Wacom looks alot nicer visually. I think ill be using https://krita.org/

the plan is to doodle and draw penis art. using it for one note might be nice as well.

$40 vs $70

Any thoughts and is Krita a good choice? The only thing iv used in the past is paint and a mouse.

I have the Intuos 4 and it s awesome. I used to have a more generic thing, but the difference between the two was incredibly obvious.
If you can afford it, I'd get the Intuos. In the end though, it is just a tool and either one would be better than a mouse.
As for Krita, I have looked at it but not touched it, it certainly looks capable. Should be fine for doodles and penis tanks.

I think you are talking about digitizing pads, not tablets. Tablets are generally assumed to be devices like iPads and Android devices.

Having said that, I have used Wacom pads for years. They are the best and very reliable. Their support is also top notch.
