Hey guys, I recently (under 2 weeks old) upgraded my system and plumped for a 320mb BFG 8800GTS OC which looked superb VFM and its a pleasant purchase.

I just read the article on Anandtech about the 8800GT and I am thinking....

Is it worth returning my 320mb 8800GTS (£180ish)and getting hit with the restocking fee then purchasing a 512mb BFG 800GT OC (£182) or a 512mb BFG 8800GT OC2 for £195.

Overall, it will probably cost me £30 and a while until the 8800GT OC2's are in stock but is it worth it?
 
for 30 quid, yeah I'd think it be worth it. Email your e-tailer and ask when they will have the 8800gt oc in stock. In holland they said to be receiving a total of 80 8800gt's next week, in 1 shop, from several brands as far as I know. Sounds to me as if they can't get anymore then those 80 and you'll have to be quick ...
 
Honestly, the performance difference is not huge enough to warrant spending an extra 30 Pounds. (US keyboard here. It would be some where around $60 USD.)
