Graphics loses signal when overclocked

Hey all, im having a few problems when overclocking my 2600k.
when i o.c it to 4.4ghz and try to play a game the graphics card stops working and i get no signal on the the screen popping up but if i leave it at stock speeds it works fine and i cant seem to figure out why. ive re-seated the card 3 times checked all leads and connections but cant find the problem. i was maybe thinking the psu is not supplying enough power when overclocked it is a 750w psu and im running a Nvidia GTX 560 ti O.C. if anyone has encountered this problem or knows why this is happening i would be be grateful if they could help me out thanks

I was going to suggest possibly power supply as well.

I wonder if it is a board/bios issue for which there may be a resolution via update. Could be a setting in the bios as well that has an impact on the PCIe clock. This may be a result of incorrect method of overclocking the 2600k.

can i jst add this has jst started to happen its a new build and worked very good for the last few months and jst started one day.

Overclocking too high could cause damage in short or long time.try lower and see.but myself i would leave it to default setting.
