Gainward PowerPack! Ultra/3400PCX XP VIVO-DVI-DVI - graphics adapter - GF 7800 GT - 256 MB

sound reasonable for $447? And who are Gainward? And is there a pretty decent Graphics card available for around $350 (or even sub?)

Cheers. I reali sed that Gainward were a GC manufacturer - just never heard of them and wondered whether they were reputable. Those quoted prices were UK based - are we being scammed over here or what? And is there any US supplier that would ship here cheap or free P&P?

Gainward has been around quite a while. They were very big back in the GF3 days.

Yeah... UK.... sorry to hear that :(

I don't have any good ideas for you.

You can get a decent XFX GF7800GT 256MB Extreme Edition from www.overclock.co.uk for te princely sum of £275 (which is $479).

The card above from Tiger Direct is $313 which is £179. Thus, UK are getting ripped off. though the XFX extreme card is an overclocked beauty.
