Graphics card question

I forgot to mention i will be using this graphics card for minecraft and tf2 mainly

the two biggest factors will be your power supply and the size of the case/size of the card. look those up, if those match up you (should) be fine

I don't think your 160W will cut it.

AMD recommends 400W. The card sips power but I wouldn't risk it.

So, i got the card after much deliberation (it was only 20 bucks!) and it seems to be working perfectly... Ill keep you guys posted.

There was a recent ad at Newegg for a 5450 for $5 after rebate. It consistently lists for $20 after rebate. Maybe see if your friend knew this, and if so, ask him to buy you a beer for getting you to pay as much as full-price for a used card (even though at least he didn't make you get a rebate).

I also forgot to mention this 5450 had 1gb ddr3 memory And a tiny gpu fan! Im pretty sure i saved at least a little bit of money, right?

Talk about playing it safe - under the specifications tab it lists the average power usage at just over 19 W.
