graphics card overclocking question.

does the motherboard have somthing to say bout how much u can oveerclock your graphics card, or even if u can overclock it at all??
 
The motherboard can limit vid card overclocks if its unable to deliever adequate I/O voltage.
 
do any of u know if one can overclock an ASUS 7100 geforce2 MX or a geforce256 DDR on an Aopen AK33 motherboard??
somebody should know this.....
