Graphics Card Help

So, about end of June I sent the RMA for my graphics card and I just got it back today. I set it up in my ECS board (not the ABIT) and it wont work. As in, nothing comes on in the monitor. I say wtf?

I just got a replacement card (which is actually better, the one I sent to PNY was an FX5200 with 1 VGA, 1 S-video, small fan; the one i got back was a big purple one with a big heatsink, fan, 2 VGA, 1 S-video) and I plugged it in, plugged in the monitor, and nothing loads. (as in nothing shows up on the monitor)

Now, I get the feeling that its the ECS motherboard?...(maybe I should send in an RMA for that....)

This whole thing happened in December (b4 my ABIT AN7 motherboard) when I bought the Antec Sonata and took out all my components from my old case and put it into the Sonata. Something happened and then the video wouldn't work.

So, as i said, do you think it is the motherboard problem?....

Until ECS get their act together, expect the worst delays when using their boards

edit: PC CHIPS is associated with ECS
