Graphic Viewer for Windows

Anyone know of a light-weight graphic viewer for Windows? I'm using Win2k right now and it doesn't have the built in viewer like Windows XP. I would like something similar that can view GIF, JPEG, PNG and is fast. I tried ACDsee but it was a little slow. Anyone got a tiny viewer out there?
