folks, i am plannig to buy palit hd 4670 graphic card. I have a single core processor. I want to know is that will it be able to play GTA 4 ?

I don't think that setup would play GTA well at all.

If you want something that will for cheap, get a P2 720 and a pair of 4830's.

GTA 4 Minimum System Requirements
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz or equivalent AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz

And that's just for minimum settings. GTA 4 for PC really needs a quad to perform well (or so I've heard). Overall, though, it's just a really badly done port and I'd avoid it. If you want to play GTA 4, it's cheaper to do so by just buying an Xbox 360.
