I want a GPU under 8-9k INR or 130-150$, that is able to run almost all games lag free at 1080p with at least 20-30 fps. Preferably with AMD chip. If any modification to my PC is needed to avoid bottleneck then do mention please.

And if you can, do mention how much years can it secure. at least for 720p :p
And I also need some crossfiring advice for the new unit to my old gpu !

My PC specs-
Processor- C2Duo E8400@3GHz; FSB-1333MHz
RAM- 4GB DDR2; 400MHz
Current GPU- Radeon HD 4350 ;512mb; 879 MHz
PSU- Zebronics 400W; I guess this one it is- http://www.ebay.in/itm/Zebronics-ZE...-Series-SMPS-2-Yrs-Waranty-Bill-/221302652969

Depending on how much it would cost you could upgrade the RAM to 8GB which would help alot, but with that PSU you are looking for a low power card, where are you buying it from?

BTW don't even look at crossfire, the little amount of performance + to little PSU would hinder that.

Ok I get the scene.. I have to change my PC. But that is possible for next year broadwell!
Till then-
Now my demand is 720p gaming with at least 20-30fps at full settings..
Anything??

I can buy it from the internet or local shops or croma or reliance digital, anywhere...

Considering that not many people here live in India, it might be easier to just post some of your available options here.

Options for what ?

The cards you can find in your price range in the stores you can buy from. Unfortunately, what you can get in a certain price ranges varies a lot by region. Simply converting currency often is enough.

Now, if it were enough, the obvious options would be GTX 750 Ti (for lower power consumption) or R7 265 (for better performance).

Sorry thats out of the budget.. It gets to 11-13k IN Rupee
I guess I will have to renew everything when skylake comes maybe next year..
.
So I just want a GPU till then which will atleast give 20-30fps for 720p at full config
