The Quadro 6000 (Ampere) cards are supposedly using EPS12V (8 Pin) instead of PCIe 6+2.PCIe power cables have never been 4+4 as far as I recall. They've been 6pin and then 6+2 pin. CPU power however was 4pin then 4+4pin.
Saphire Radeon RX 5700XT 8GBIt doesn't really matter as long as it's plugged in and functional. Just make sure it's not the CPU layout and you're fine (e.g. the sockets fit).
I've had the 6+2 pin PCI-E plugged in for years, including at this very moment.
Which GPU?
On my last build the GPU power cord was labelled VGA on the side and was 2X4. This new power supply does not have a cord in this configuration. The 2x4 pin? Are you talking two halves, each 2x2 pin (4-pin quad) next to each other? That's the ATX12V for the CPU. The GPU's 2x4 pin (8 pin rectangle), is made up for the 6+2-pin PCI-E power from the PSU. The two are NOT interchangable, at least, not without some sort of explicit adapter cable.

Cooler Master 750 80+ goldThe PSU should have 2 6+2 pin connectors for your GPU. What is your PSU?
Yes that is what I have connected but was a little worried I might fry my GPUtake a picture and post what you have.
6+2 with a little grove/slot to make them an x4 is the current standard.
That's what I have, and it uses standard 8 pin connectors (6+2). You should be fine.Saphire Radeon RX 5700XT 8GB
