Graphic card can cause ram over use?

Hi,

Lately my pc starts to slowdown extremely.
Im on windows 7 with 8 gb ram.
9500 gt gc.

When i press ctrl alt delete, the screen resolution turns so big all the icons and screen becomes out.

Can anyone help me on this before i rush out to buy a new graphics card?

I don't know what you mean by screen becomes out.

But you can right-click the taskbar, and open Task Manager, and check your memory usage that way.

What are you doing when the "pc starts to slow down extremely"? Playing games? If so, which games?
