I've been using a spray on light duty type sealer but its time to seal it better. I left a clean but wet paint brush on our counter and rust from the brush got into the stone. I got most of the rust out now I'd like to seal the stone well any suggestions?

I've tried everything from the cheap bottom shelf stuff to a professional use sealer that was $60 a pint. Couldn't tell any difference between them.

Have you used this stuff paperfist

Not personally, but I have a couple of friends in the stone refinishing business and that's what they recommended.

There was another one but it's closer to $100/gallon. This is all commercial stuff, not Home Depot.

They also said:

There is a wide variation in how porous different granite is. Some will absorb only a very thin coat. Others can take 2 or 3 full coats. Watch to see how much is absroend in quickly. You want it to all soak in and not dry on the surface.
