Enough said.

Surprised she didn't say "DO YOU KNOW WHO I BE?"

Yes I think the lady is wrong.
I know you are just quoting, but being rude to a police officer should have zero repercussions.

In a hypothetical case, you can be as rude to an officer as you like, as long as you still comply to his commands.

That is unless they have overturned Houston vs. Hill

What relevance does the fact that she's a grandmother have to the story?

bingo.

She was asked to pull forward and didn't.

The cop told her to pull forward. she didn't.

I wouldn't arrest her, but I would have ticketed her ass for sumthin.

Should have been kicked in the face. Grandma, I don't care if you went to school with Moses, move your fvcking ass forward.

No one is saying being rude was the cause of her arrest. It just sets the stage that she is now painting a different picture of.

The lady is a nut and now looking for vindication. Sad part is I am sure she will profit a bit from this in some way.

It wouldn't make for a good FARK headline then, would it? :)

I would have given the story five stars if they would tased her, though. Unnecessary tazing stories are "in" now!

Before I even read the 2nd article, which pretty much discounts her, I read this line:

In the morning, a doctor checked out a pain in her neck and shoulders.

Ok. So she is considering filing a medical lawsuit from wearing handcuffs for an hour??? While being arrested for refusing to move her car and blocking other people?

What a bitch.
