So, nobody is going to talk about the illegal gambling operation being run out of her workplace? Or that she often carried large sums of money from her work to her home?

Money is worth more than your life. Too bad it doesn't go with you, so she died over her own greed.

Money IS your life...it's the time it took you to earn it, and time can NEVER be compensated. Once you spend it it's lost forever.

Too bad she didn't manage to kill all 3 before she died, but good on her for trying. If more people did the world would be an INFINITELY better place.

Do either of those things make it ok for 3 people to kill her?

Is that what I said?

I'd just like to know why the OP said she was coming home with her "Bingo" winnings when the place she worked at was just raided for illegal gambling operations. There is nothing to suggest she won that money from Bingo and even her own relative (in the comments) described her job as "sketchy".

So she found a job that's a little sketchy

A little. You mean to tell me that two of the people who tried to rob her had been targeting her for a year and a half and nobody knew about it? Why was she carrying thousands of dollars home from work?

You think its legit for an old woman to be packing that much cash?....from her job?

Sounds like her "job" was using her to stash illegally obtained money and these 3 goons knew about it.

So you think only governments are allowed to do illegal things scot free?

There are various levels of illegality. A small bingo operation doesn't qualify to me as a global conspiracy in my books. The sad issue here is not the illegal gambling operation, but just a granny lost her life defending herself in an awesome way. :\

Wouldnt it be better to not put yourself into situations like this?

sorry for the facebook link. *NSFW

It's too bad no one was carrying. I would have opened up on those punks. I felt a cold anger I haven't experienced often watching that video, especially at the end. No one intervened even though it was obvious the victim was in mortal danger. What country/state is that from?

* ah Brussels. . .
