I'm looking for any way to screen calls (block calls, forward calls, etc.) over the internet that I can use with my current VoIP phone number (which does not support these features).

I'd get a GrandCentral invite, but the only way to get one now seems to be buying one off ebay, and that's kinda expensive for me at the moment.
 
I really wonder what Google is going to do with grandcentral. I do not understand why they aren't allowing invites now.
