Grad school: Statement of Intent?

In Toronto? which uni is it?

As far as I know, there's only 2 that have an engineering program, and only one of them isn't mocked by the other too much.

Got an undergrad classmate to send me his, and he got in just after finishing his undergrad. Says it's a formality as long as your grades aren't turd and you didn't swipe anything.

Alright, slow day at work so, I know what I'm doing!
