get a R9 280 or R9 280X, whichever fits your budget. btw which country are you from and can you link to online shops you buy from ?
 
Simply put,avoid anything from Nvidia at that price point at this moment.Grab the best AMD card you could afford with 3 or 4gb vram.If you open your budget pass $330 USD then the 970 would be incredibly hard to beat and the only worthy Nvidia purchase.

Coming from the owner of a 2gb gtx770 owner,found already 2 games i have played at a lowly 768p resolution that are compromised cause of the 2gb as is.Nvidia pretty much at your price point is offering overpriced 2gb cards or criminally priced 4gb models.
