would you use the stuff provided from zalman/AC or is there like an AS5 kinda thing for GPU's as well..???

been curious to this and after a friend asked me, i really didnt know how to respond hehe

I use Ceramique for VGA's, but have used Zalman stock grease and it's not bad at all.

You can use AS5 for VGA's as well, but since it's slightly conductive and there's more leads on the PCB around the chip on a video card, you have to be more careful with not spreading it around too thick.

From my testing, applying a bit of AS5 does better than using AC's MX-1 (which BTW is way too much). My Freezer 64 Pro dropped a few degrees (from 31 to 28) at idle after doing so.

For my Silencer, I will probably end up going AS5 again.

there is no difference in the the thermal paste zalman provides with there product and using AS5!

AS5 is way over rated!
You will see no difference using the AS5 vs the Thermal paste Zalman sends with there heatsinks..etc
