GPU temp reading?

Is there an app or hardware device for getting temperature readings on your GPU/graphics card memory? I am running an overclocked TNT2 and I wanna know temps on it so I dont fry it.

Bump 'cause I'd like to know also.

I've got a Radeon 8500 that I'm going to try running with passive cooling or some other type of aftermarket HSF on it. I want to be able to keep tabs on things as I do this.

Thanks. I was kind of hoping there was a "MBM-like" software solution that I was just unaware of but $10 for that temp-probe isn't too hard to swallow. I gues the only thing to worry about is putting the probe in a place that gives you an accurate reading.
