Hello all.
Kindly assist me in deciding a graphics card upgrade.

My current PC build is as follows:
i5 4460
2x8GB 1600MHz Ram
H81 based ASUS motherboard
ASUS Strix 960 2GB
Coolermaster PSU 550W

I am happy with the graphics compromise and around 25/30 min fps with this setup on Assassins Creed Odyssey
Now I am planning to "just" upgrade the graphics card to extend this build for 3 years (with AS:O criteria)
My options are (please do not advice from newegg etc or AMD, it is not applicable for me. Options are limited and inflated here):

208$ MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GT OCV1
224$ MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB
250$ Zotac Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Twin Fan 6GB GDDR5
256$ Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 OC 6GB
262$ Asus TUF GeForce GTX 1660 OC 6GB
272$ Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Gaming 6GB
278$ Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Gaming OC 6GB
300$ Zotac Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6GB GDDR6

I am inclined towards "250$ Zotac Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Twin Fan 6GB GDDR5"

My queries are:
  1. Is my CPU very low, and will it bottleneck by large margin?
  2. I am expecting 1.2 times fps gain with 1660, will it not be?
  3. Which option is the best with current PC build?
Thanks all in advance

For the extra $50 i'd go with the 300$ Zotac Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6GB GDDR6

Especially if you want it to last at least another 3 years.

I was told on some other forum that my CPU is on limit and will not benefit from better GPU. This is what i shared:

"Correct me if i am wrong, the way to check CPU only effect is to put graphics settings on lowest with native resolution right?

I tested Assassins creed origins with lowest settings, MSI afterburner was showing around 98 to 100% CPU usage and around 85 to 98% GPU usage. Average FPS 55, Avg time CPU 14 ms, GPU 18ms

I tested Assassins creed origins with high settings, MSI afterburner was showing around 90 to 100% CPU usage and around 100% GPU usage with minor dips to 98%. Average FPS 34, Avg time CPU 13 ms, GPU 30ms"

GTX 1660 Super ... it's just a few fps slower than Ti version but a chunk of cash less to buy
