What card you do have?

Most videocard manufacturers provide software utilities on their website.

By far one of the better GPU utilities is MSI Afterburner, though pretty much the only difference between it and say, EVGA Precision, is that the latter does not offer voltage modification.

You don't have to overclock or anything if you don't want to, but they offer full real-time graphs that monitor:
Utilization, Temperature, Fan speed, clockrate changes, etc.

Both those programs are based on Rivatuner, so I'm pretty sure they are compatible with just about any GPU, but it can be easier to use a more official one that focuses on your chipset.
