Is there a program that will test all of a GPU's RAM?

I own a GTX 580 3GB and 3DMark and Unigine Heaven are both using about 1GB at most. OCCT and FurMark use about 100MB - 300MB RAM. Without firing up a game and playing it for hours on end I would like to be able to just test all 3GB of this card's RAM with a memtest-like program (if one exists).

Something I found that might prove worthy is MemtestG80 and MemtestCL but, it hasn't been updated since mid 2010 so I'm a little apprehensive to try it out.
