GPU for multiple 4K monitors

Hello,

I want to know what GPU would be good for a two 4K monitor gaming rig and if possible the fps which I probably will get...

1. I know that a single TitanX can utterly dominate one 4K monitor but will it be able to handle a 2nd one alone or one more will be needed?

2. Similarly, gtx 980 SLI can handle a single 4K monitor but will it be able to handle a 2nd one Since I dont wanna do 3-way SLI.

So, atm what would be the optimum solution is what I wanna ask :colbert:

Thanx

A single Titan X doesn't come close to "utterly dominating" 4k, I don't know where you've gotten that idea. Even the 295x2 struggles to hit 60 fps in demanding games like Crysis 3 at 4k.

Titan X SLI can handle 4k. I don't know how you'd game on two monitors -- the bezels would be right smack dab in the middle of your vision. You gotta either go 1 or 3. And there's certainly nothing that can handle 3x4k without massive compromise on settings, not even 4 way Titan X SLI

The optimal solution is that this is an infeasible pipedream. Current GPUs cant handle that at any playable FPS.
