When upgrading to windows 10 do you guys have any issue using 8.1 drivers while upgrade, or is it mandatory that you have to completed remove the driver before the update?

Drivers isnt taken over in upgrade. So doesnt matter what drivers you use in Windows 8.1.

Windows 10 will automaticly install a Windows 10 driver. Else you want to use a Windows 10 driver.

I got the standard VGA driver with my GTX 770. A quick trip to Nvidias website got the newest drivers for the card.

So just to confirm, when updating to windows 10, I do not have to DL new "windows 10" version of the AMD CAT 15.7.1 (I am currently on CAT 15.7.1 on windows 8.1) or new or Motherboard drivers as well?

is it better to uninstall it?

Why would you do that?
Win 10 should automatically download the correct drivers as was stated previously.

Windows 10 by default forces automatic updates of drivers for hardware devices (unless you specifically turn this off) so during the upgrade it will replace drivers of all your hardware with the latest versions on the windows servers, that will depend on whatever latest version AMD have had gone through the WHQL process and put live.

Typically for video cards the latest drivers aren't on windows update and with 10 automatically replacing or interrupting manual driver installs this has been somewhat of a contentious issue.

AMD already have Win10 specific drivers on their site so you can grab the version you want and install that if you're after a specific version number but you'll need to disable the Win10 automatic driver installation feature first - you can find instructions here: http://windowsinstructed.com/disable-automatic-device-driver-download-in-windows-10/
