GPU Artifacts - no, not the ones that gives you +15 DEX

How the heck does my card produce artifacts? I did'nt even OC it.
I'm pretty satisfied with the power of my card but it keeps putting out artifacts
everytime I run anything 3D. It glitches the hell out of my game

Google'd it and found this site. Maybe I have a case of bad VRAM?
