GPS car tracker?

I need to find a GPS car tracking device that logs data that I can reference. Is that possible? I have initiated my google searching but figured I'd ask.
 
all our work trucks are on gps system through vzw. we can log into a web site and see where our trucks are, and have been. pretty cool. it even gives stats, like avg speed and drive times.
