Government DNA Database

The government wants this database so that the next time you throw a piece of trash out your car window, some little robot fucker will come out the side wall a la iRobot and collect that shit.

It will then be sent to the lab where it will be analyzed for DNA. Once they figure out it is you, they will air your name on the TV (probably FOX or the NASA channel) for a week in a section called "Fuckers Who Trash The Road".

After the week is over they'll come get you, put you in a court where the verdict is already decided (a la Saddam's trial), and leave you in jail for 6 months.

When you get out, you'll find your girlfriend/wife fucking a black basketball player.
