Gotta be up at 4 on Tuesday. How much do I sleep tonight?

Which one?

  • Sleep late, get in my rest now

  • Get up early, sleep well tomorrow

Not tomorrow, but the next day, I gotta be up at 4 to catch a flight. So what do I do tonight?

Sleep as late as I can tomorrow, try to get by without much sleep the next night, possibly none.

or

Get up early so I'll be tired enough to go to bed really early tomorrow so I'll get some decent hours in?

#2 is the most ideal, but usually the hardest to commit to. I can never go to bed early.

I'm up with a fussy baby tonight, crying on and off from 11pm-2am, she eats again at 3am, then hopefully she will sleep through to 6am when I get up for work.

I miss the days of 6 hours of sleep.

I had a 6 am flight a couple weeks ago which wasn't ideal. 6 am is more like my bedtime.

The day before I still slept in super late and started packing at like midnight. Finally got to bed at 2 am with 4-5 beers. 4 am came pretty quick but not as bad as I thought though by midnight the next night, I was completely beat.

So I picked one.

Ok, well I'm going to bed now so the #2s win, 2 votes to 1. If it doesn't work, I will remember you...

Just to be a dick I'm going to vote for option #1 and even it out so you'll stay up waiting for another reply. :)

Kidding aside, #2.

In addition to getting up early, get some exercise earlier in the day today (not later in the day.)

yeah I thought about that yesterday, good idea.

anyway, I've been up for a bit, damn I hate getting up early, always feel like total shit. Its making me dread tomorrow even more. That moment my alarm goes off I'm gonna wanna die lol.
