Got US Census papers in the mail...

First off, we live in a university apartment...I didn't think they sent census papers to residences such as these (thought our parents included us on theirs). 2ndly....isint the census not until 2010, coulda sworn it was every 10 years, perhaps I was wrong. Anyone else get this stuff in the mail?
