got two tickets for expired VA inspection

God damn VA saftey inspection expired last month, my wife got a ticket yesterday and today. What are my chances at getting the second one throw out? Do I have any chance at getting the first one throw out (since it was expired only four days when I got it)?

now my car is ruined anyway At least the paper in the window will keep the coppers away:beer:

you have to go the DMV? Don't they put the stickers on at the emissions place?

I don't remember them doign that > I always remember taking the pass sheet to the DMV or sending it out.

Now State does get taken care of at the station

Hmm, maybe that's right -- you can send the thing in to get your tags.... just so long as you don't need to go to the DMV.

You should be able to get 1 dismissed. It should be the same as having expired tags and getting stopped twice in a week (I've done that just not in VA). I just had to pay a fine for one of them.
