Got tweaked by UI - HELP!

Well well, started playing around with tweakUI and checked the box to remove my name from the XP s startup/sign on screen, where you click your username/account to log into windows. Of course, now I can't log into windows on my family's computer. How can i get around this?

go to the loggin screen and ctrl-alt-del ?
