Damn right, he's an independent organization and he doesn't have to take horse dung from those nVidia assholes. Thats infringing on his fourth amendment rights to freedom of press, nVidia can be prosecuted for this crap!

Well Trinitron, that's an interesting perspective. First of all, freedom of the the press is the FIRST amendment. Second, it doesn't apply to individuals or corporations, only the government. As an individual I can do all I want to suppress others speech, only someone in an official capacity is not allowed to do so.
