That looks like me, I just got burned on saturday (without the muscles). It was killing me this morning taking a hot shower. Fortunately I only burned my chest and arms and not my back so I didn't have a hard time sleeping. Wrap some icepacks and put them on, it will draw some of the heat out, it worked for me.

I took the hottest possible shower last night, (typically takes the sting away ) so I am going to try that again this morning, and spray some of the ALoe / Solarcaine spray on me!

Kinda pissed I even got burnt.. Should have just threw on SPF 8 or something!

I got a super bad tan when I went to south padre a few weeks ago. It was hell afterwards, I had trouble putting on shirts and taking showers it hurt so bad. Hopefully yours won't hurt as bad.
