got some Beef sticks from local store.

had my wife stop in the local meat market the other day to get some Brauts for dinner. she picked up 2 jalapeño and cheese brauts. they were amazing.

they also had some beef sticks. so she picked some up for me (they are amazing) but she picked up a new batch they just came out with. they are hebenero beef sticks.

after a few bits my mouth is hurting and i am sweating!

not bad for $4 for like 9 oz.

Back in Vermont there's a little general store that sold a locally made jerky, they made it out of almost everything. There was ostrich jerky, buffalo jerky, horse jerky, turkey jerky, beef jerky, pork jerky, bear jerky, it was ridiculous what kinds of meats they found to jerk.

I'm just north of you in WI, most of the grocery stores here makes those things in house. Swiss mushroom brats, pinapple brats, cheddar jalepeno brats, tomato basil brats, ranch brats... just a few of my favorites. Almost sounds like you came here.
