Got run over by a car yesterday...

So I'm walking to the local drug store and I come to the exit, which has a stop sign and a nice big sidewalk. Seriously, if you made this sidewalk any bigger you could land your favorite jet on it.

Anyhoo the car in the coming traffic stopped because he was turning in, and the car waiting to leave took that as a polite signal to go, not realizing that I'm in the way. Up onto the hood I go...

I'm sore but alive. Why are people such idiots?

What exactly would you sue him for? iwearnosox said he wasn't hurt only a bit sore. A judge won't award you a cent just because he hit you.

However, I would have filed a police report just in case I needed to go to a hospital to get checked out.

Actually I don't know what I am, I hate politics. Noobs hit things all the time... it just so happened it was a moving object this time... think how hard that is to do.

Think of it this way... your mom gets behind the wheel... nails a curb by accident. Do you call her an idiot or do you say she's inexperienced? Knowing when to do what behind certain situations does not require a process in your head. It requires experience because you know to expect certain things, or not based on what's happened in the past. True it is if she's been behind the wheel since 16, then she must be retarded.
