Hey, i recently bought a boomslang 2000 from a guy on egay. The mouse was advertised as in perfect condition. He sent it and i tried it out for 2 minutes then e-mailed him saying thanks it was recieved. I used it some more and noticed that the scroll wheel was unresponsive at times. Then during a game it kind of flipped out on me. For a split second it made the character on quake 3 do a 540 and switched weapons like 3 times, all in the matter of a second or 2. So I kept using it and it kept doing this and so I sent the guy an E-mail saying that it was broken. I offered to send it to razer and asked him some questions about it. He answered them casually, like he knew it was broken and didnt ask any back. I told him that if razer wasnt going to take it back then I was going to have to ask for a refund, because it was broken. Finally after a week and a half of trying razer, getting the automated voice telling me to call back at some other time, I gave up. I sent him a polite e-mail asking for a refund, gave my address, and told him that razer wasnt picking up at techsupport. I havent recieved an e-mail since. A week and a half ago I sent an e-mail stating that i would give him 4 more days to respond, because everyone doesnt check their e-mail as frequently as I do maybe, and I still havent gotten an answer. After 5 days I told him that i was going to leave feedback if he didnt respond and write to safe harbor, per suggestion of someone. Well, its now a few days after the deadline and I dont know what to do. If I leave him bad feedback then that will give him the opportunity to trash my name as well. I'm really in a mix here and dont know what I should do. Any suggestions from you, since you all are more experienced than I am, would be much appreciated.

I think razor went out of business, that may be why they aren't picking up. As for what to do with him, leave him negative feedback for sure.

Get in contact with the auction site and explain what happened. They will let you know your options from there.

The makers of the Razer boomslang 2000 have gone out of business, so I'm afraid you're not going to be able to get any tech support from them.

I'll say you got ripped off. No mouse is worth $80.00! And you could have gotten a new one for $10.00 more. Big bonus is that if it didn't work, like the one you have, you could return or replace it without a hassle.
