You're welcome. And for what it's worth, most of the time when the electricity goes out, it's just for a few moments. I'm not sure what you know about electricity distribution, but most outages aren't a result of poor infrastructure.

Cars hitting telephone poles, trees being knocked down across lines, etc., are outside the power company's control. Of all the companies, I think they deserve very high marks for the speed at which they restore power. We had our power knocked out by a lightning strike a while ago. Within 45 minutes, a utility truck was driving by our house. Not even 10 minutes went by before power was restored. 45 minutes is damn quick, considering I live in the middle of nowhere.
