Hi,

I recently purchased a new Computer via ebay, here's the full specs for the PC at ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5108641604
I also upgraded to a Raidmax scorpion case: http://www.netpropcs.com/scorpio668.htm

What do you guys think of this computer i purchased? It'll be shipped here next week.

Now I'm looking for a new monitor, 19 inch is fine but i'm looking for something thats good priced with high frequency and good for gaming as I'll be using it for gaming every now and then.

HEre's what i have in mind, but many say it has ghosting when playing popular games such as half-life by viewing the comments:
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=24-014-043&DEPA=0

Also, the PC comes with 512DDR RAM, I want to add another 512 but im not sure which one to purchase on newegg.com, any recommendations would be great!

Any feedback & recommendations would be appreciated, thank you!

Well, if you are gonna want to be playing the new gen. games, you will need to upgrade the vid. card. Good luck that it works when you get it.

I have heard good things about the monitor you have picked out tho.

memory has almost no effect on video performance, that chip is slow and old.

The 9800 Pro is the only decent card on that list, and they are charging 2x retail for it. :disgust:

Monitor: Dell 2001FP (direct throught Dell).

Vidcard: At least a 9800 Pro, preferrably a 6800GT (your choice of supplier, whoever is cheapest).
Lol, my old GF3Ti spanks the 9200.

RAM: Kingmax 512MB PC3200 (available at Newegg).

Halflife will run fine on just about any card you get, not sure about Warcraft 3 but I'd say you'll get by, but don't expect much of Battlefield Vietnam, and I wouldn't even try to install Doom3 on a PC with a 9200.

Get a 9800. Don't even try to play Doom3 on that snail.

I don't understand why anyone would want to buy a PC from a reseller like this. You could get something twice as good for the same price elsewhere.
