I just got a new combo of Asus P4C800-Deluxe and P4 3.2c.
Having cold boot problem, but when it boots runs like a king.
Not sure this is on par with my configuration since I am out of the loop.

Oh yea, I didn't reinstall the OS, just plug in and have window redetect the new hardwares.( Too Lazy)
