Got myself shocked

Why? Why were you trying to start a van while holding maliciously cut spark plug wires? It's not like you could hold them while you drove.

Not trying to drive it. Just trying to get it started. I had already seen spark from the wire because it was near a piece of metal.

I went to the junkyard and got three sparky cables off a truck.

Also had to get the pigtail wire that links the distributor to the ignition coil because the wire slicer damaged the wire in a way wire nuts or crimping could not work. 145 dollars for a new GM Genuine is extremely out of budget. https://www.gmpartswarehouse.com/oe...CBUnSkmJ0BKf_0XBX0giETAXyORbLuWTkb8-CUnudoqRa
