you said there was less than a gram in the "bowl", so there was trace. any trace. whether you did it in front of the cop or not, there is proof that you did it. they dont have to see youo commit a crime to prove you committed it.
 
Why didn't you pop the bag you moron? You left them the evidence they needed to take the volcano. If you had popped it, there would be no evidence of the volcano to an illegal drug. You're not getting it back, end of story and thread.
