Got my first mp3..going to encode some songs, which codec?

Hi, aside from using the highest bit rate which codec would be the best quality wise? or is there a difference?

what is the difference between wma and wma pro?

Here's some info on WMA pro I'm fairly certain the Sleek does not support WMA pro. I wouldn't bother trying.

I've done a few comparison tests using my somewhat high end stereo, and couldn't tell a difference between similar bitrate mp3 or wma files. The lowest bitrate I used was 192 though, so there may be more of a difference at the lower end.
