I got my Canon A60 today! I ordered it Monday afternoon from Newegg and got it Wednesday morning. 😕 Pretty fast considering it went from Cali to Washington. 🙂 I haven't read up much about the features, but here's a few sample pics I managed to take: All of the pictures are scaled 50% in the x and y directions.

What kind of rounded IDE cables? One only pair of Vantec's broke, it won't recognize the master drive from time to time.

Those are Vantec UV sensitive rounded IDE cables. I believe they are the 18" model, but I am not completely sure. I actually have the slave drive disconnected, but it's because after 3 years my TOSHIBA DVD-ROM drive somehow became a TOSLIFA$ DVR-RWO drive or something like that. It died. I still need to order a new one.

Yeah, it is cold! It's been like 30° F tops this entire week so far. It snowed the day before Halloween. 😛 Not much of it is still around, though.

I'm probably going to get a photo quality printer some time after I learn how to take decent pictures. Until now I'm just gonna mess around and get prints made from Photo Haus or Fred Meyer or something.
