Are you retarded? It makes perfect sense that states have a safety inspection. It's for the safety of other drivers as well as yourself. I see a ton of burnt tail lights here and honestly they can be a hazard. And with as little attention as people use in cars nowadays I'd want every advantage of being visible or seeing people as possible.

lol no kidding. States need to do more safety inspections. NJ was probably losing too much money since it was just fix-it type tickets they could issue so revenue was minimal.

15% is waaaaaaay too dark for me. My car is 30% and have trouble seeing things when driving in an unlit area. I don't know how people can drive with that dark.

Yea some ofthem are branding maybe, some of them aren't ecoboost means its um boosted hemi at least you kno its abig veight. Everything has vtec and dohc these days

At least Vtec stands for something more than the shortening of the name of a geometric shape that is in most cylinder heads designed in the last 30 to forty years. HEMI, lol, you might as well put CYLIN or CIRC on the side of them.

I have 22% all around, nothing on the windshield. It's kind of hard to see anything at night when backing up...otherwise I couldn't live without tint! So much easier on my eyes.

I might go a little lighter next time, but I agree, every car should have more then the stock 95% tint they come with.

Um no Camry has a V6 badge. Nor does any Lexus.

Illegal tints and question about stickers is haterade oh yaaaa

Well to be honest, most people don't use their turn signals anyways.

I'm glad I live in tx, the legal limit is 25% on the front two windows and no restriction anywhere behind the driver.

Good luck with that. There is no way I would tint my car in my neighborhood. I would get stopped in no time flat.

That sucks.
I had 13% on my Altima on all 4 doors and the back window. Never once a problem.
Maxima has like 25, and my Neon had like 25 or so as well, (all windows)

Oh noes that thing got a HEMI? Yah!! a hemispherical valve that every single engine domestic/imports have.

Uh. No they don't.

It isn't the valve shape but the compression chamber shape. Most modern vehicles now use a Wedge Shape that is actually much better than the Hemi Shaped chamber.

Well, nearly all heads with 4-valve chambers use pent-roof shapes rather than hemi. Hemi sucks for breathing.

Thank god. It was pissing a lot of people off for failing inspection because one of their turn signal bulb burnt out. Stupid.
It's not OK to have broken lights, dude. Besides, if people were failing inspection because of it, chances are their shit's been broken for weeks.

Thats the word I was looking for Pent Roof. I said Wedge 🙂

HEMI - the combustion chamber is semi-spherical.
Pentroof - the combustion chamber is like a triangle.
