Hey guys, right now, I'm at 166x13 at stock voltage! 2158mhz!

Does anyone know which (if any) multipliers are unlocked on a KT333 board?

Sorry for the slow update! I had to play my friend in NFL2k3 on Xbox. I lost :(

But so far, all that matters is this CPU, and its a WINNER so far!

:D Good stuff! About the XBox game, reminded me of the XBLive demo disc...DarkGasPasser ;) :D

Yep, its a great chip for most (sorry Shimmi) :( ) and droppin the throttle straight to 166mhz is the only way to go :D

As for the multis, you should have all the ones below 13, as thats the high/low switch point. You MIGHT get 13.5, as I think that's the 2200+'s multiplier.

You should be able to push 2200-2300Mhz with some decent RAM at default multi, with really good RAM you can maybe even drop the multi, though dividers may get in your way at higher multis.

Keep us updated :)

I hit 2.27@1.7V

W00t, trying to go higher!

I don't have the 13.5 available to me

Hopefully I can hit 2.4

Highest voltage recommended? I am using High-Air cooling, Alpha PAL8045

My Mobo has a 1/5Divider, but is known to hit 200+ FSB.

13x185fsb=2405mhz

Vcore = 1.825 volts (actual = 1.84)
VDimm - 2.8 (Actual = 2.86)

Running at 45C so far (AS3 has yet to settle)

EDIT: 45C at full load, running Prime95 right now.

BTW, anyone recommend voltage settings? Is 1.8+ too high?

I don't wanna try this thing.

Try 185mhz x 13 and 1.8V, that'll put you right around 2400Mhz

I'm running 2422Mhz stable (14 x 174mhz) with a similar cooling solution (8045 with high CFM fan), so you should give it a shot :)

Edit: LoL yu musta posted middle of my post :p I've been running 1.8 (1.85 actual from A7N8X .05 overvolt) with no problems, just watch your temps. I doubt we'll fry our cpus, people are running these at like 2.1V with mods :Q

Alright, cool. So far, Stable Prime95ing @ 2.4 and 1.825v.

Can't wait to get this thing stable, and run SoB.

EDIT: Realized, just about a 700mhz Overclock :D 40% or so

Blah, keeps crashing at 1.825, I bumped up the voltage to 1.85, but it overvolts a little to 1.87v.

Priming it now.

You may want to slightly relax your RAM timings before raising Vcore too much more. (not b/c of dmg to the CPU, just no need to run hotter if you don't have to). Also, try 2.6V unless you've had good experiences with your RAM at higher Vcore. I read the Samsung True I'm using doesn't like Vcore overvolting, so I left it at 2.6V. I found my chip could handle the overral clock frequency of ~2430mhz, just not at the timings and high FSB I was running. Lowered my FSB and tightened my timings again and totally stable.

I don't think its the memory right now. All i had to do was bump up the vcore, now its stable.

EDIT: do you think my vcore is too high?

No, as long as your temps are OK and its not excess unused power (you know its not b/c you were unstable at 1.825). I ran for a week and a half at 1.9V (1.85V with .05V overvolt) and temps were good, but I didn't need the extra juice to get everything stable. Will it shorten your CPUs life from 6 years to 5? Maybe, but who cares right??? :D

So far Priming along just great.

Thanks for the "real-time" help Chizow.

49C full load. I expect it to go down once the AS3 settles in.

Thanks again

these chips are awesome, my friend ordered on last week and it just got here, does 2100mhz at default, 2250 at 1.8V, nice chip!!!

not sure what week but its an AIUHB

not to mension its giving him above 11k in 3dmark01 with a gf3 ti500 260/540 which is pretty high for a gf3
