Got my 2500+ installed. Now to start OC'ing.

I finally got around to installing my 2500+. I think I will begin OC tomorrow. I am using the AMD retail HSF which I lapped and applied AS3. AsusProbe reports current CPU temp at 40c at full load, but I don't trust it. It's got to be hotter than that. I can't seem to get MBM 5 to work. What's another good monitor program?

I've been waiting for you to post with results of lapping that stock cooler Asus probe works great with my P4 system do you have the latest version? Push that CPU's clockspeed a bit and see if the temps climb if so then that lapping worked wonders!

40 under full load, nice temps

Ran Seti CLI overnight with client priority set to high. Windows XP Task Manager reports CPU Utilization at 100%. Temps according to Asus Probe 2.18.04 at 40c. Will start pushing FSB this afternoon and report back.
