which one shall i buy, they are priced the same, the intelli explore is version 3, 6000 times a second, and logitech features dual sensors, basically this will be used for some internet surfing, light office work, and heavy counter strike fpsing.

AFAIK the accuracy is pretty similar between them. I would recommend going to your nearest computer shtuff store and feeling the shapes in your hand to see which one you prefer. I have a Dual Optical and I love the thing to death :)

I agree that you should check them out in person for comfort... but also think Logitech is a little better when it comes to hardware. Just my personal opinion.:)

I own several Logitech devices and enjoy them all.

I gonna have to go with the microsoft on this one, but it is your call. See which one feels the best.

I use both: MS at work and Dual Optical at home and I think the Dual Optical is by far the better of those. It just fits my hand perfectly while with the MS I have this slipping sensation all the time. But like everyone else said it is a question of preference.

I'd take the IntelliMouse Explorer.

It's the only mouse I've used for the last 2 years and wouldn't consider anything else.

i've always found the logitech mice to be a lot nicer than the bulkier MS ones...

and the dual sensor is sweet.

While I prefer logitech keyboards, I must say microsoft really did it right with the intellimouse explorer 3. I love mine.

well, if its worth anything, i've tried both logitech and ms mice, and i have to say i definitely like the logitech better. It's especially better since your a heavy cs player, ms mouses seem pretty bulky.
