No pics. :)

EDIT: I am back. Life resumes as normal. :)

Congrats! :)

Just a tip though, now that you're married, maybe you should be spending time with your spouse rather than posting on ATOT the day AFTER you get married. Anandtech can wait my friend!

Anandtech doesn't wait for anybody.

Did you talk about just living together and such instead of marriage? Wish you luck in this risky adventure you have started on.

I guess it's not clear, I got married LAST WEEK Monday, not yesterday. I jumped on to ATOT for a moment the day after I got married.

Congrats on the marriage. I read the whole thread, yet I saw no mention of how long you and the Mrs. dated before the marriage. ??????

That question of course, is directly related to "the honeymoon period." Which is a fairytale-like point in time (with a definite ending and beginning) where you're so happy to be doing the horizontal bop like meth-fueled bunnies that you've no idea what day it is...nor do you care.

I dated my wife for just over a year before we got married; the honeymoon period was over about a month before we got married. I love my wife but...

Men and women are fundamentally different...it's in the DNA, man.

Men were not programmed to be monogamous. Maybe women weren't either, but being that they have half the money and all the pussy, they can hold out longer than we can. Before meeting the wife, it wasn't like I was sleeping with a new chick every week (that would be roughly 15 years ago when I was young, carefree and under the influence of various recreational chemicals.) It's just that the legal ability to ATTEMPT to have relations with whatever strikes my fancy has been taken away...it's...sad. :(

And of course, the fact that a wedding ring is a Pussy Magnet...no...an Electromagnetic Fueled-By-The-Sun Pussy Magnet, does_not_help. :Q

Anyway, congrats. Welcome to the club...here's your key to the restroom and all that jazz. Let me know when you start paying for her to go visit her family/friends in another town/city just so you can surf porn, watch movies and play video games in peace. Seriously.
